Claim form

Complete the online claim form. You will receive a confirmation page, shipping instructions and quote number upon submission—print out for your records. Reference your quote number for all questions relating to this promotion.

Allow 1 week once the upgrade is confirmed to receive your Avery Media/Neschen Product.

Trade In Products

You may trade in any large-format Falcon Outdoor 36, Falcon Outdoor 48, Falcon Outdoor 62, Falcon II Outdoor 64, or Falcon II Outdoor 87. Trade-in product must be in good working condition.

Shipping instructions

Once your claim is received by Mutoh America’s promotion headquarters, shipping instructions for your trade-in product will be sent electronically. Trade-in products must be picked up by Mutoh’s designated freight carrier within 30 days from the date you submit your online claim form or by September 30, 2008, whichever date occurs first.

Cash back

Once your trade-in documentation is verified, allow 4 – 6 weeks from the time your trade-in claim is complete to get your cash-back check. Completion of claim includes pick up of your trade-in product, receipt of proof of purchase/lease.
