Unica digital service contracts cover all parts and labor for the specified time frame. Supplies not included in these contracts. Travel costs are not
included in these contracts for customers outside our Tacoma/Bellevue/Seattle/Everett corridor. Service covers normal use of equipment and
exclusions do apply ( see contract for details). Calls placed into our service center prior to 1:00pm will be processed for service within 24-hours (next day).
Hours of operation are from 8:00am to 4:00 pm. Service required beyond our normal hours will be accessed at our regular hourly rate.
